Share the River invites you to hear Jesse Hieb tell his inspiring story about how thousands of people came together to revitalize the Wisconsin River. His story is told through the perspective of him paddleboarding 430 miles over 21 days on a freshwater resource that at one time was so polluted you couldn’t swim in it.
Since his paddle Jesse has been working to produce and direct a documentary called “Gone Paddling” about the revitalization of North America’s hardest working river. A story of hope for communities around the world fighting to preserve their fresh water resources. Jesse’s free talk will be on Tuesday, April 18th at Brick and Barrel Brewing, 1844 Columbus Rd., Cleveland OH 44113. Mixer starts at 5:15 pm, talk begins at 5:45 p.m.
